| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto está enfocado al desarrollo del Sistema Integrado de Gestión Integrado en Seguridad Alimentaria (ISO 22000:2018) y Calidad (ISO 9001:2015) en la finca Las Brisas, situada en la vereda La Divisa del municipio de Rovira Tolima. Es una empresa familiar de propiedad del señor Adán Varón Leal y su esposa la señora Elvira Rosa Valencia, su producción agrícola está enfocada en el cultivo de café, la cual ha tenido una producción grano desde hace 15 años. Obteniendo un producto de buena calidad, el cual es comercializado en diferentes puntos de compra del municipio y en formas de grano verde (mojado) y seco. La finca Las Brisas será auditada por el equipo de auditores García Pérez Iván Mauricio, Pérez Segura Yeimi Nataly y Lugo Pinto Jeimy Catherine, donde se analizarán cada uno de los procedimientos que se manejan, para describir los principales elementos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión y Calidad dentro de la finca y determinar el cumplimiento y no cumplimiento sobre la revisión del sistema y posteriormente ejercer recomendaciones de este. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This project is focused on the development of the Integrated Integrated Management System in Food Safety (ISO 22000:2018) and Quality (ISO 9001:2015) in the Las Brisas farm, located in the village of La Divisa in the municipality of Rovira Tolima. It is a family business owned by Mr. Adán Varón Leal and his wife Mrs. Elvira Rosa Valencia, its agricultural production is focused on the cultivation of coffee, which has had a grain production for 15 years. Obtaining a good quality product, which is marketed in different points of purchase of the municipality and in forms of green (wet) and dry grain.
