| dc.description.abstract | Este plan de trabajo tiene como finalidad poner en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante el programa de ingeniería agroforestal con el fin de colaborar en actividades como visitas de control y seguimiento que realizan los contratistas y operarios a los distintos sitios de la zona urbana de Valledupar con el fin de hacer seguimiento a los permisos otorgados por la corporación autónoma regional del Cesar Corpocesar, a los usuarios y verificar si los procedimientos de aprovechamiento forestal doméstico público o privado se realizaron de forma correcta y por personas idóneas, estas visitas tienen como resultado verificar si están cumplimento con las obligaciones de compensación pactadas entre los usuarios y la corporación.
Se describen las actividades a desarrollar durante las pasantías
1. Apoyar permanentemente y constante el proyecto de consolidación de la gobernanza forestal en Colombia, aplicado para el departamento del cesar el cual busca fortalecer la legalidad de madera en Colombia y minimizar los impactos negativos generados a causa de actividades de explotación como la minería, tala ilegal, las industrias y el comercio. Para que tomen otro rumbo que aplique hacia operaciones legales en el sector forestal y lograr una cadena de consumo responsable en el cual participen todos los actores de este tipo de aprovechamientos.
2. Revisar los planes de aprovechamiento y protocolos de gobernanza forestal en el cual dentro del proyecto existe el sistema de información de aprovechamiento forestal el cual es muy importante porque ayuda a los usuarios en la agilidad de los trámites en cuanto a las solicitudes de permisos, autorizaciones, documentación y soportes para lo cual se debe hacer los procesos mediante la plataforma tipo web y móvil donde se lleva un registro de todas las solicitudes para lograr mayor control y vigilancia forestal en todos los aprovechamientos otorgados.
3. Acompañamientos a visitas de control y seguimiento forestal en área del municipio de Valledupar.
Las visitas se realizarán con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento de los permisos y solicitudes de otorgamiento sobre los aprovechamientos a nivel doméstico y comercial.
4. Cargue permanente y constante de documentación, soportes, permisos y autorizaciones del proyecto gobernanza forestal en Colombia, en el sistema de información de aprovechamiento forestal
Esta actividad tiene como finalidad organizar la información suministrada por los usuarios en el aplicativo web y verificar si es veraz y confiable, también llevar un conteo de los permisos otorgados por la corporación y clasificarlos según las solicitudes. También las autoridades policivas pueden ingresar mediante el aplicativo móvil a corroborar la información de los salvoconductos otorgados para ver su total legalidad, esto con fin de controlar el transporte ilegal de madera en el departamento.
5. Participar de forma activa en las jornadas de sensibilización y capacitaciones constantes y permanentes en educación ambiental a la comunidad sobre temas de control fitosanitario, afectaciones de tipo biótico y abiótico que atenten contra el buen estado de los árboles.
El objetivo con este tipo de actividades es para que las entidades públicas, privadas y la comunidad de los diferentes sectores del municipio de Valledupar se vinculen a los procesos y proyectos de conservación forestal urbana y propongan alternativas de solución a las problemáticas existentes.
6. Colaborar en la proyección de actos administrativos que se requieran en la coordinación de Recursos Naturales que tengan que ver con los permisos de aprovechamientos sostenibles de flora que se vienen adelantando.
7. Realización de informes mensuales sobre las actividades realizadas de visitas técnicas, diligenciamiento formatos, solicitudes de aprovechamiento forestal de árboles aislados, aprovechamiento forestal doméstico aprovechamiento forestales único.
Dentro de los cuales se otorgan los permisos si están causando algún tipo de riesgos y se encuentren en sitios de dominio públicos o predios privados que estén afectados fitosanitariamente estén caídos o muertos por causas naturales o estén afectado vías públicas dañando estructuras de redes eléctricas, redes sanitarias y proyectar los informes de charlas de sensibilización y capacitaciones. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This workplan is aimed in putting into practice the acquired knowledges during the agroforestry engineering program in order to collaborate in activities such as control visits and tracking done by contractors and operators to the different places of the urban area of Valledupar, so that it is possible to do a tracking of the permits granted by the Corporación Autonoma Regional del Cesar – Corpocesar, to users and also check if the domestic, public or private forest harvesting procedures are being executed in a proper way and by accurate people, these visits have as result checking if they are accomplishing the compensation obligations agreed between the users and the regional corporation.
Description of the activities to be developed during the intership
1. Support permanently and constantly the consolidation of forest governance in Colombia project, applied for the department of Cesar which seeks to strengthen the legality of wood in Colombia and reduce the negative impacts generated by the exploitation activities such as mining, illegal cutting, industries and trading. So that they take another direction which follow the legal operations in the forestry sector and achieve a chain of responsible consumption in which each actor is able to participate in this types of exploitation.
2. Review the exploitation plans and forestry governance protocols in which inside the project exists the forestry harvesting information system which is very important because it helps the users to fasten the procedures for the request of permits, authorizations, documentation and supports, in other to do that these processes must be done through the web and mobile platform where all the requests are recorded to achieve a major control and surveillance of the forest exploitation permits granted.
3. Accompaniment during the control visit and tracking of the forests in the municipal area of Valledupar.
The visits will be done in order to check the fulfillment of the permits and the granting requests on the uses at the domestic and public levels.
4. Carrying permanently the documents, supports, permits and authorizations of the forest governance in Colombia project in the forestry exploitation information system.
This activities is aimed in organizing the given information by users on the web application and checking if it is true and reliable, also registering the permits granted by the corporation and classify them according the requests. Also police authorities can check the safe passage granted information by entering on the mobile application so that they can see its legal status, this has the goal of controlling the illegal transport of wood in the department.
5. Participate actively in the sensitization campaigns and constant and permanent training the community about environmental education and topics like
phytosanitary control and f biotic or abiotic agents that threaten the good condition of the trees.
The goal of these kind of activities is that public, private entities and communities of the different sectors of the municipal area of Valledupar are able to be linked to the forestry conservation processes and projects and propose alternative solutions to the existing problematics.
6. Collaborate in the protection of administrative acts related to the ongoing sustainable harvesting permits that may be required in the Coordination of Natural Resources.
7. Realization of monthly reports about the visiting executed activities, diligence of forms, isolated forest, domestic forest and unique forest harvesting requests.
Among which permits are granted in case there is any type of risk caused by trees
And are located in public domain sites or private plots affected phytosanitarily, fallen or dead by natural cause or are affecting public roads damaging electric network structures, sanitary networks and project the reports of sensitization talks and trainings. | spa |
