| dc.description.abstract | La administración correcta de la cadena de suministro o Supply chain, para generar valor dentro de una red que moviliza, transforma y entrega bienes de calidad a sus clientes se ha convertido en un factor de competitividad muy importante en las organizaciones, lograr que se tenga una red de suministros y una operación logística integral no es una tarea fácil, y aun cuando se logra tener una red solida acompañada de una operación logística optima, se deben medir las fortalezas y debilidades del Supply chain; lo anterior supone que se debe realizar un autoestudio consiente y razonable con la situación actual para evidenciar puntos a mejorar y a fortalecer dentro de la red.
