| dc.description.abstract | La investigación ha ocupado un papel importante en las reformas realizadas en las diferentes Instituciones de Educación Superior que con la integración de sistemas medibles y cuantificables se han asociado a buenas prácticas de gestión y educación, toma de decisiones y a la transformación social con miras a la generación de acciones de responsabilidad social de las Instituciones. Las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) deberán generar espacios donde aflore la investigación, en los cuales docentes y estudiantes construyan conocimiento, aprendiendo a pensar en la importancia que tiene trabajar por el bien común como parte de la responsabilidad social y de la proyección social institucional.
En el presente escrito se realizó un análisis del sistema de gestión investigativa existente en el programa de Administración de Empresas, tomando como base variables de análisis inmersas en el proceso de investigación, buscando con ello articular las diversas áreas del plan de estudios y desarrollar en los estudiantes las competencias exigidas en los diferentes niveles de formación.
Se realizó una investigación documental basada en la recopilación de información en diferentes fuentes, analizando ampliamente la realidad de formación en investigación; con miras a establecer unos referentes que sirvan como base para diseñar el sistema de gestión investigativa para el programa de Administración de Empresas de la Corporación Universitaria Autónoma de Nariño seccional Ipiales. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The investigation has occupied an important paper in the reformations carried out in the different Institutions of Superior Education that have associated to good management practices and education with the integration of appraisable and quantifiable systems, taking of decisions and to the social transformation with an eye toward the generation of actions of social responsibility of the Institutions of Superior Education. In the Institutions of Superior Education it is necessary to generate spaces where it appears the investigation, in those educational as students they build knowledge, learning how to think of the importance that has to work for the very common one as part of the social responsibility and of the social institutional projection.
Presently written he/she was carried out an analysis of the pattern of investigative existent management in the program of Administration of Companies, taking like variable base of analysis inmersas in the investigation process, looking for with it to articulate the diverse areas of the plan of studies and to develop in the students the competitions demanded in the different formation levels.
It was carried out a documental investigation based on the summary of information in different sources, analyzing the formation reality thoroughly in investigation; with an eye toward some referents that serve settling down like base to design the pattern of investigative management for the program of Administration of Companies of the University Corporation Autónoma de Nariño sectional Ipiales. | spa |
