Análisis ambiental del beneficio del café, Finca Los Rosales, para la implementación de la NTC ISO 14001:2015 sistemas de gestión ambiental, Municipio de La Salina.

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to make an environmental diagnosis of the benefit of coffee, in order to begin the implementation of the NTC ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management Systems for the coffee production sector, at the Los Rosales farm in the municipality of La Salina Casanare department. For the development of this project it was initially proposed to evaluate the productive sector through an Initial Environmental Review (RAI) where the environmental state in which the company is located was known; later, through a flow diagram, the coffee production processes are evidenced, then the environmental aspects and impacts that generate the benefit of the coffee were determined, in addition to a matrix of regulations and an analysis of the PVHA cycle. As a result of the realization of this environmental diagnosis, it is possible to demonstrate that the implementation of ISO 14001 in the productive sector of coffee is viable and novel, which will allow to reduce environmental contamination and irrigation in the process, it also identifies a requirement to improve in order to implement improvement programs for each of the processes and that allows to be a certified organization. Additionally, the possibility of implementing a project in the small producers of the municipality was proposed, with the commitment to implement the SGA, generating organizations, reducing costs, complying with the country's environmental legislation, generating efficient use of the raw material, giving compliance to the protection of the environment, and generating quality production. With this the production of coffee on the farm the roses will be given to recognize and open more doors to multinational coffee companies.
