| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo busca el desarrollo de la actividad fase 6 en el cual se Aplica los conocimientos adquiridos durante el diplomado, se busca resolver un estudio de caso aplicado al sector productivo en Colombia. “Logística de distribución de productos perecederos: estudio de caso: Fuente de Oro (Meta) y Viotá (Cundinamarca)”. Con el objetivo de conocer su red estructural, su vulnerabilidad, inventarios, almacenamiento, indicadores, cadena Porter , iniciativas y hoja de ruta con el fin de conocer de dar a conocer los avances que se han obtenido.
Logística de distribución de productos perecederos: estudio de caso: Fuente de Oro (Meta) y Viotá (Cundinamarca)”.presenta una complejidad a diferencias de otra cadenas de suministros debido a los diferentes agentes existentes, esto representa una relevancia entre su seguridad y calidad, aunque se han desarrollado varias técnicas de distribución las cuales llegan a tener un cumplimento a tiempo , entrega en el momento oportuno, disminución de costos, establecer la calidad de alimentos, restricciones existentes y como está operando la cadena de suministros.
La investigación muestra que en cuanto a al manejo de productos perecederos no existe mucha información y las investigaciones son muy pocas con respecto al mercado campesino. | spa |

With the objective of knowing its structural network, its threats, inventories, storage, indicators, Porter chain, initiatives and roadmap in order to know to make known the advances that have been obtained.

It presents a complexity to differences in other supply chains due to the different agents affected, this represents a relevance between its safety and quality , although several distribution techniques have been developed which have a compliance with time, timely delivery, cost reduction, establish food quality, restrictions and how the supply chain is operating.
