dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación se basó en evaluar la transformación rural del municipio de Briceño Antioquia 2016 -2019. El diseño metodológico es el fenomenológico, cuyo análisis está fundamentado en la observación de los participantes y se recurrió a la entrevista semiestructurada con los actores involucrados en el proceso de transformación¸ haciendo principal énfasis en el análisis del desarrollo rural de este territorio. Se hace referencia a los principales resultados donde las personas entrevistadas argumentaron que las condiciones de infraestructura social comunitaria han mejorado considerablemente en lo que respecta al mantenimiento de vías para facilitar la comunicación interna y con el resto del país; construcción y mejoramientos de viviendas rurales; adecuación de la infraestructura local de servicios públicos. Y, en materia productiva, el 54% de las personas entrevistadas argumentaron que sus ingresos provienen del sector agropecuario, respecto al cambio productivo específicamente en lo que concierne a la sustitución de los cultivos ilícitos, indicando que es necesario mejorar las acciones del Programa Nacional Integral de Sustitución de Cultivos Ilícitos para que se pueda generar el cambio productivo en el corto, mediano y largo plazo.	spa

dc.description.abstractenglish	SUMMARY The research was based on identifying factors that enhance rural development promoted by the municipal pact for the Regional Transformation of the municipality of Briceño Antioquia 2016-2019. The methodological design is the phenomenological one, whose analysis is based on the observation of the participants and the dialogic interview of the actors involved in the construction of the pact¸ with the main emphasis on analysis in the sustainable rural development of this territory. Reference is made to the main results, the interviewees argued that social infrastructure conditions have improved considerably in terms of the maintenance of tertiary roads, paving of the secondary road that connects the municipality of Briceño with the trunk towards the Caribbean coast, Atlantic and with the interior of the country, construction and improvements of rural housing, electrification, improvement of educational facilities, improvement of aqueducts and construction of communal booths in some paths, in productive matters 54% of the people interviewed argued that their income comes from agricultural sector, regarding the productive change specifically with regard to the substitution of illicit crops, indicate that it is necessary to improve the actions of the National Program for the Substitution of Illicit Crops so that the productive change can be generated in the short, medium and long term .	spa
