| dc.description.abstract | Considerando que en la actualidad existen en promedio más de un millón de empresas en el mundo certificadas en calidad con la norma ISO 9001:2015, y con el argumento que aquellas empresas tienen más potencial de clientes dado que consideran y se comprometen con un mayor nivel de cumplimiento de los altos esquemas de la misma, al tener presente que dicha norma se centra en la satisfacción del cliente y en su capacidad de producir bienes y servicios que lleven a elevar la complacencia de estos usuarios, se hace necesario repensar sobre su conveniencia en la actualidad.
Es por esto que en la empresa NIVELUM CONSTRUCCIONES se empieza a identificar este sistema de gestión de la calidad ISO 9001:2015 como una oportunidad de involucramiento en el desarrollo de acciones y actividades que tiendan a incursionar en la innovación de métodos, procesos, tareas y acciones que lleven a elevar los niveles de productividad, eficiencia y eficacia que se requieren en el mundo moderno o dicho desde la pedagogía actual, el postmodernismo, movimiento que tiende a que cada vez las líneas de obtención de resultados, cumplan con unos requisitos que antes de la modernidad no eran siquiera parte del imaginario.
Considerando que uno de los objetivos de la norma en calidad es lograr consensos entre las partes involucradas, buscando siempre la satisfacción de los mismos, indagando soluciones a factores productivos y sociales que lleven a implementar alternativas reales a la población objeto de los bienes o servicios. Tener en cuenta los aspectos tales como el enfoque de procesos, el pensamiento basado en la identificación, valoración, calificación y priorización de los riesgos integrales, además de ser centrado en el ciclo PHVA, consiguiendo con esto, identificar las oportunidades de mejora y que sea actúe en consecuencia con el resultado de dicho proceso. Será siempre un factor determinante en la sostenibilidad de la empresa.
Como parte del ejercicio académico propio y, sumado a la necesidad identificada en la empresa, buscando como la misma norma lo inspira, en el beneficio mutuo de todas las partes interesadas, es por esto que se tiene como objetivo principal, el diseño, la planeación y la logística para dar inicio a este importante tema de sostenimiento de las nuevas necesidades en materia de productividad, eficiencia y equidad. This is why in the company NIVELUM CONSTRUCCIONES begins to identify this ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system as an opportunity for involvement in the development of actions and activities that tend to venture into the innovation of methods, processes, tasks and actions. that lead to an elevator of the levels of productivity, efficiency and effectiveness that was selected in the modern world or said from the current pedagogy, postmodernism, the movement that threatens the lines of obtaining results each time, meet certain requirements that before modernity were not part of the imaginary.
Considering that one of the objectives of the quality standard is to reach consensus among the parties involved, always seeking their satisfaction, investigating solutions to productive and social factors that lead to implementing real alternatives to the population that is the object of goods or services. Take into account the story aspects such as the process approach, the thinking based on the identification, assessment, qualification and prioritization of comprehensive risks, in addition to being focused on the PHVA cycle, thus achieving, identify opportunities for improvement and make it act accordingly on the outcome of that process. It will always be a determining factor in the sustainability of the company.
As part of the own academic exercise and, added to the identified need in the company, looking for how the same standard inspires it, in the mutual benefit of all interested parties, this is why its main objective is design, planning and logistics to initiate this important issue of sustaining new needs in terms of productivity, efficiency and equity.
