| dc.description.abstract | Este documento presenta los resultados del trabajo de grado realizado en la modalidad de Monografía, bajo la asesoría de la doctora Diana Marcela Pinto, inscrito en la línea de investigación Educación y desarrollo humano de la ECEDU, y que se basó en la metodología del paradigma sociocrítico e interpretativo y se realizó en un contexto de la coyuntura social y política vigente, donde se propende por realizar algunas consideraciones sobre la cultura de la legalidad para la construcción de paz y la convivencia ciudadana, donde se abordaron tres categorías de análisis así: en un primer momento se disertará sobre la cultura de legalidad clarificando su concepto, y realizando precisiones al respecto. En un segundo momento se trabajó la cultura de legalidad y la participación social, donde se busca fundamentar teóricamente la importancia de la participación social para una construcción de una cultura de legalidad; y por último se tiene en cuenta la categoría de la Cultura de legalidad y educación para la paz, donde se busca entender la relación de la cultura de la legalidad con la educación y las repercusiones en la vida cotidiana. | spa |
