| dc.description.abstract | La Unidad productiva El Edén ubicada en el municipio de Calarcá, Quindío se elaboró una propuesta agroturística y forestal para la conservación de biodiversidad; donde se realizó un diagnóstico de las situaciones actuales del uso de los recursos naturales, se planteó un modelo que permita un desarrollo de la unidad y bienestar del propietario.
Se identificaron 38 especies de árboles y arbustos, alrededor de 650 individuos distribuidos la finca, donde se destacan especies en vía de extinción como el cedro negro “Juglans neotropica, Diels”(300 individuos) y el molinillo “Magnolia hernadezii, Lozano” (3 individuos), a mismo se logró identificar alrededor de 26 especies de aves y 6 especies de pequeños mamíferos. Se propusieron tres estrategias o modelos para enriquecimiento de la biodiversidad y agroturístico (manejo agroforestal, manejo ambiental ecosistémico, manejo de la unidad productiva o finca), se identificaron los atractivos potenciales agroturísticos: ecoturismo, sendero ecológico ambiental, huerta familiar con flores y plantas medicinales; según el estudio de factibilidad financiera esta propuesta en viable económicamente para su implementación.
Con esta propuesta se proponen elementos al dueño de la unidad productiva, para que pueda utilizar eficientemente los recursos que tiene actualmente el predio y así responder a un manejo sostenible que sea amable con el ecosistema y que económicamente permita aumentar sus ingresos. | spa |
