dc.description.abstract	La estrategia de movilización social Ciudad Bienestar, a través del equipo de Acciones Colectivas de Pasto Salud ESE, viene ejecutando desde el año 2012, el Plan de Intervenciones Colectivas de la Secretaría Municipal de Salud, entendida la movilización social como un proceso participativo de acciones colectivas, orientadas a promover, contribuir e impulsar propuestas alternativas y críticas al modelo de sociedad dominante, que propenden por la construcción de justicia social. Así mismo, con este proceso se hace presencia en los diferentes territorios para educar, reivindicar y sensibilizar sobre el derecho a la salud. La estrategia Ciudad Bienestar, como su lema lo indica “hacer visible lo invisible”, pretende visibilizar a los agentes, quienes son llamados a contribuir en la transformación social y de protagonistas del cambio, incentivándolos a reconocer su historia, a recuperar sus creencias, saberes ancestrales y costumbres para lograr la consolidación e identidad de los mismos. Con la estrategia Ciudad Bienestar, a través del proceso de comunicación participativa se pretende empoderar a los habitantes en cuanto al derecho a la salud y la importancia que este tiene en la sociedad.	spa

dc.description.abstractenglish	The Ciudad Bienestar social mobilization strategy, through the Pasto Salud ESE Collective Actions team, has been executing the Collective Intervention Plan of the Municipal Health Secretariat since 2012, understanding social mobilization as a participatory process of collective actions , aimed at promoting, contributing and promoting alternative and critical proposals to the dominant society model, which favor the construction of social justice. Likewise, with this process, a presence is made in the different territories to educate, claim and raise awareness about the right to health. The Wellness City strategy, as its motto indicates "making the invisible visible", aims to make the agents visible, who are called to contribute to the social transformation and as protagonists of change, encouraging them to recognize their history, to recover their beliefs, knowledge ancestral traditions and customs to achieve their consolidation and identity. With the City Wellbeing strategy, through the participatory communication process it is intended to empower the inhabitants regarding the right to health and the importance it has in society.	spa
