dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto busca generar una opción de Manual de Convivencia Laboral para la UNAD UDR Cali, el cual servirá como base para cimentar reglamentos, normas y pautas que permitirán forjar una mejor organización y procurar la armonía entre los trabajadores de la sede. A través de este Manual, se comparten los valores importantes para la convivencia laboral, así como los derechos y deberes del trabajador de la UDR Cali. Se especifican además aquellas conductas inapropiadas que deberían evitarse para no caer en actos de acoso sexual o laboral. Asimismo, se describe la forma correcta por la cual un individuo víctima de acoso de cualquier tipo, podrá entablar un reclamo en el Comité de Convivencia Laboral para buscar una resolución del conflicto, y esto es siguiendo el conducto regular establecido

dc.description.abstractenglish	This project seeks to generate an option for a Labor Coexistence Manual for the UNAD UDR Cali, which will serve as a basis for laying the foundations of regulations, standards and guidelines that will allow forging a better organization and seeking harmony among the headquarters workers. Through this Manual, the important values for work coexistence are shared, as well as the rights and duties of the UDR Cali worker. Inappropriate behaviors that should be avoided in order not to fall into acts of sexual or workplace harassment are also specified. Likewise, it describes the correct way by which an individual victim of harassment of any kind, may file a claim with the Labor Coexistence Committee to seek a resolution of the conflict, and this is by following the established regular conduct.
