dc.description.abstract	La idea de este proyecto es que la agencia de empleo “Agency of companie” sea el puente entre la alcaldía del municipio de Madrid Cundinamarca y las diferentes empresas o industria o comercio en general a que monten o tengan sus sedes municipio de Madrid Cundinamarca y que se conviertan en generadores de empleo en el municipio , y que estén interesados en beneficiarse de los alivios tributarios que la alcaldía del municipio de Madrid Cundinamarca ofrece a todas las empresas, industria o comercio en general que contraten personal nativo o que residan en el municipio de Madrid. Y fue con esta finalidad la alcaldía de Madrid Cundinamarca busco un aliado estratégico que se encargue de canalizar la contratación de este personal que su búsqueda se debe realizar usando los nuevos TIC de la comunicación (Pagina Web) con la finalidad de dar trasparencia al proceso. La agencia de empleo “Agency of companie” será la encargada de brindar trasparencia al proceso de contratación de personal que las empresas, industria o comercio en general soliciten y será la encargada de proveer el personal necesario a estas empresas como repostar a la alcaldía del municipio de Madrid Cundinamarca el número de empleados contratados para ser acreedor de los beneficios fiscales ofrecidos por la alcaldía del municipio de Madrid Cundinamarca.
