dc.description.abstract	El presente ensayo indicara la importancia que tienen las redes sociales en la Fundación Social Molano y el trabajo que ha llevado a cabo por más de 40 años, logrando consolidar proyectos que benefician a las personas más vulnerables de las localidades de Mártires y Bosa y de algunos municipios del país, me basare en las lecturas sugeridas en el diplomado Construcción de Redes Sociales de Comunicación, y daré cuenta de lo fundamental que se hace hoy día tener relaciones, vínculos, convenios, interacciones con organizaciones afines para que las organizaciones crezcan y puedan ayudar a más personas que así lo requieran.

dc.description.abstractenglish	This essay will indicate the importance of social networks in the Molano Social Foundation and the work it has carried out for more than 40 years, managing to consolidate projects that benefit the most vulnerable people in the towns of Mártires and Bosa and in some municipalities of the country, I will base myself on the readings suggested in the Construction of Social Networks of Communication diploma, and I will give an account of how fundamental it is today to have relationships, links, agreements, interactions with related organizations so that the organizations grow and can help more people who need it.
