| dc.description.abstract | La radiología convencional es una técnica que nos ayuda a visualizar el interior del cuerpo con la ayuda de la radiación ionizante, es una técnica esencial para el diagnóstico y tratamiento de las enfermedades o por medio de la virtopsia, realizar identificaciones o determinar la causa de muerte, obteniendo resultados rápidos, precisos y que se pueden almacenar para documentación del caso.
Se expone un caso de un cadáver que llega a la morgue, con herida localizada a nivel del hemitórax derecho, donde al realizar una radiografía antero posterior de tórax, se observa un cuerpo extraño lineal; teniendo en cuenta se realiza análisis de la escala de grises y signos radiológicos del hemotórax neumotórax y neumoperitoneo. | |

A case of a corpse that arrives at the morgue is presented, with a localized wound at the level of the right hemithorax, where when performing an anteroposterior chest X-ray, a linear foreign body is observed; taking into account gray scale analysis and radiological signs of pneumothorax and pneumoperitoneum hemothorax are performed. | |
