| dc.description.abstract | El actual ensayo se presenta como herramienta para la difusión y comunicación del conocimiento para argumentar de manera académica la pertinencia de la investigación realizada en la OSP. Donde se resalta la importancia de la comunicación participativa e incluyente con la comunidad que aporta a la construcción de la red de la organización. Así mismo, se tiene en cuenta el uso de la TICS para desarrollar procesos comunicacionales de participación comunitaria, consolidando estrategias y propuestas adoptadas por proyectos propios, lluvia de ideas, liderazgos de participantes y líderes expuestos durante la investigación. Se logran enunciar las diferencias de comunidad y sociedad, de cómo la organización entiende, respeta a su comunidad y crean colectivamente estrategias que le dan origen y consolidación a un espacio comunitario que se convierte en procesos reales. Exaltando necesidades humanas, sociales, sentir colectivo, perspectivas desde población intergeneracional, etc. Finalizando con la comunicación participativa como clave del éxito de un proceso comunitario, que parte desde lo literario, escrito, oral y por, sobre todo de intercambio e interacción ciudadana. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The current essay is presented as a tool for the dissemination and communication of knowledge to argue in an academic way regarding the relevance of the research carried out at the OSP, Public Library Centro Cultural los Naranjos II. Where, the importance of social, participatory and inclusive communication with the community that contributes to the construction of the OSP network is highlighted.
Likewise, the relevance of the use of ICTs is taken into account to carry out communicational processes of community participation, for the consolidation of strategies and proposals, adopted by own projects, brainstorming, leadership of all participants and leaders exposed during the investigation.
They manage to enunciate the difference of community and society, of how the organization understands the differences, respects its community and collectively creates the processes that give rise and consolidation to a community space that becomes real processes. Exalting human and social needs, collective feelings, perspectives from an intergenerational population, etc.
Ending with participatory communication as the key to the success of a community process, which starts from the literary, written, praying and, above all, citizen exchange and interaction. | |
