dc.description.abstract	El siguiente trabajo es el resultado de una Investigación – Acción llevada a cabo en el marco del Diplomado en Construcción de Redes Sociales de Comunicación, curso académico propuesto como opción de grado de la UNAD y desarrollada en una PSO que mantiene vínculo directo con la parte comunicacional. Lo anterior teniendo como referencia uno de los tres ejes fundamentales del mismo, en este caso: construcción de comunidad, sin olvidar el tema de red social como pieza clave en el proceso y por su puesto la relevancia que tiene hoy en día este asunto para cualquier entidad establecida legalmente. Se realiza un análisis reflexivo frente a las carencias o falta de estrategias para lograr dicho fin, estableciendo posibles alternativas o propuestas. De igual forma, con la ayuda de las diferentes lecturas y el material académico, se logró un mejor abordaje de las temáticas y la aplicación de tan valiosos conocimientos en la PSO, en la vida cotidiana y en el futuro profesional del área social.

dc.description.abstractenglish	The following work is the result of an Investigation - Action carried out within the framework of the Diploma in Construction of Social Networks of Communication, a course proposed as an option of the UNAD degree and developed in a PSO that maintains a direct link with the communicational part. The foregoing having as a reference one of the three fundamental axes of the same, in this case: community building, without forgetting the issue of the social network as a key piece in the process and of course the relevance that this issue has today for any legally established entity. A reflective analysis is carried out regarding the shortcomings or lack of strategies to achieve this end, establishing possible alternatives or proposals. Similarly, with the help of the different readings and academic material, a better approach to the issues was achieved and the application of such valuable knowledge in the PSO, in daily life and in the professional future of the social area.
