| dc.description.abstract | Con este estudio se pretende realizar un análisis estructural prospectivo en donde se identifican las diferentes variables y escenarios que se pueden presentar a los pequeños y medianos productores del sistema de producción de leche-ría en el departamento de Sucre. A su vez, se analizará la comercialización y distribución de la leche, vislumbrado un método, mediante la estructuración de escenarios y variables identificados, centros de utilidades (producción de leche en la zona, su respectiva focalización de la comercialización). El estudio pretende convertirse en una herramienta que sea fuente de información interna en la empresa, con el fin de facilitar la toma de decisiones administrativas adecuadas.
Se lleva a cabo el estudio sobre el caso de la empresa CILEDCO, específicamente la planta acopiadora y comercializadora de Sincelejo - Sucre, ya que actualmente pasa por un momento crítico, económico y estructural en cual amerita la realización de esta e valuación y análisis. Se analizó la producción lechera de la zona con sus respectivos volúmenes de producción añadiéndole un estudio de mercado en la zona para determinar cuál es su fracción en este mercado local. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This study aims to carry out a prospective structural analysis where the different variables and scenarios that can be presented to small and medium producers of the dairy production system in the department of Sucre are identified. In turn, the marketing and distribution of milk will be analyzed, envisioning a method, by structuring scenarios and identified variables, profit centers (milk production in the area, their respective marketing focus). The study aims to become a tool that is a source of internal information in the company, in order to facilitate the making of appropriate administrative decisions.
A study is carried out on the case of the company CILEDCO, specifically the storage and trading plant of Sincelejo - Sucre, since it is currently going through a critical, economic and structural moment in which it merits the performance of this evaluation and analysis. Dairy production in the area was analyzed with their respective production volumes, adding a market study in the area to determine its fraction in this local market. | |
