| dc.description.abstract | La empresa J. ME ARÁNDANOS es una empresa que se encarga de la siembra y recolección de arándanos, labores de postcosecha, incluido la selección y empaque de la fruta, hasta la entrega al cliente final, está enfocada en ofrecer un servicio de calidad en todo el proceso, ajustándose a las exigencias de cada cliente. De igual manera, la empresa está comprometida con los empleados a realizar un trabajo idóneo en conjunto, para alcanzar la excelencia. De igual manera la empresa está comprometida con el sentido de pertenencia y sensibilización a la importancia de la labor realizada.
La empresa J. ME ARÁNDANOS está comprometida con la aplicación de las buenas prácticas agrícolas (BPA) ya que estas van orientadas desde la siembra del cultivo, cosecha de los productos, con el objetivo de poder asegurar la inocuidad alimentaria, mediante la prevención de los riesgos asociados a la producción primaria.
La implementación de Normas ISO 9001-2015, BPM, BPA, ISO 22000-2018, que permitan evaluar el desempeño de las empresas, así como, validar sus fortalezas y debilidades, es tarea fundamental para acceder a mercados de mayor valor e importancia comercial. Los clientes importantes del país, (Éxito, Alkosto, Makro, Zapatoca, Jumbo, D1, Justo y Bueno, Ara, entre otros) dado que, para realizar la exportación a países como Estados Unidos, es necesario la certificación de la implementación ISO 22000:2018 y validez de la vigencia, de las Normas referidas. En principio esta norma debe entrar en vigencia a partir de julio del presente año, hasta la fecha no hay pronunciamiento de las autoridades aplazando la fecha debido a la pandemia. En consecuencia, la fecha límite sigue vigente.
La mayoría de las empresas del país, vinculadas al sector de alimentos, desde el productor primario (agricultor) hasta el comercializador final no cuentan con estas certificaciones, de ahí la importancia de la implementación de la norma en la empresa J.ME ARÁNDANOS, empresa tomada como caso en este trabajo. | |

The company J. ME ARÁNDANOS is committed to the application of good agricultural practices (GAP) since these are oriented from the sowing of the crop, harvesting of the products, with the aim of being able to ensure food safety, by preventing the risks associated with primary production.
The implementation of ISO 9001-2015, BPM, GAP, ISO 22000-2018 Standards, which allow evaluating the performance of companies, as well as validating their strengths and weaknesses, is a fundamental task to access markets of greater value and commercial importance.
