| dc.description.abstract | Se suspira una era y se vive en un tiempo en donde la información va tomada de la mano de la tecnología. Es allí en donde la población y los Estados generan una gran cantidad de significados a tan poca distancia de donde se encuentran, sin importar la ubicación. Es entonces, en donde no solo los avances de la información entran en vigor y el accionar social.
En este artículo se muestra el resultado del proceso de sistematización en la experiencia del Sistema de Votación Electrónica Ciudadana VOTEC de manera cualitativa que organiza y garantiza la protección de los ciudadanos con respecto a los sistemas de votación. Entablándolo en el empleo de la reflexión analítico-critico por medio de los procesos que permite el reconocimiento de la información recolectada de VOTEC evitando el riesgo de aglomeración que conlleva la votación tradicional al no percatar el distanciamiento físico en el contexto del COVID – 19. Al entender como riesgo social a la posibilidad de que una persona sufra un daño que tiene su origen en una causa social. Esto quiere requiere que las condiciones del entorno que rodea al individuo. Las condiciones económicas, la falta de acceso a la educación, los problemas familiares y la contaminación ambiental son apenas algunas de las circunstancias que pueden generar un riesgo social. En la construcción de la investigación se establece que VOTEC es una experiencia de innovación social que pone de manera segura a los ciudadanos a la hora de votar y beneficia el avance de la ciencia y la tecnología. | |

This article shows the result of the systematization process in the experience of the VOTEC Citizen Electronic Voting System in a qualitative way that organizes and guarantees the protection of citizens with respect to voting systems. Engaging it in the use of analytical-critical reflection through the processes that allow the recognition of the information collected from VOTEC, avoiding the risk of agglomeration that traditional voting entails by not noticing the physical distancing in the context of COVID-19. understand as social risk the possibility that a person suffers damage that has its origin in a social cause. This wants requires the conditions of the environment that surrounds the individual. Economic conditions, lack of access to education, family problems and environmental pollution are just some of the circumstances that can generate a social risk.
