| dc.description.abstract | La problemática del cambio de dinámicas comunitarias surgidas por el aislamiento físico y distanciamiento social a causa de la pandemia, es abordada en esta investigación de enfoque cualitativo, dentro del método fenomenológico y utilizando las técnicas para la recolección de datos, observación no participante, grupo focal y cartografía social.
Tras el objetivo de reconocer las acciones comunitarias derivadas del Aislamiento Preventivo Obligatorio, en las comunidades de los Programas Mujer, Afrodescendientes, Adulto Mayor y Discapacidad de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico y Social de Girardot, en el año 2.020, que permitan analizar los contextos emergentes, este estudio da fe de los más recientes cambios al respecto vividos por el colectivo, dejando a su paso éste conocimiento a los profesionales de las ciencias humanas y sociales de la región y quienes lleguen a interesarse.
Se hace necesario indagar por las nuevas prácticas comunitarias que irrumpen de dicho hito mundial, en un trabajo de campo que se realiza vía web y presencial, el cual deja al descubierto las percepciones y experiencias en torno al uso imprescindible del teléfono celular y aplicaciones de videoconferencia, pero también los inevitables encuentros presenciales, para sobrellevar en ese lapso las actividades propias de cada programa.
La descripción e interpretación de los sucesos por parte de los actores son respaldados teóricamente por expertos en materia de la Psicología Comunitaria y la investigación. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The problem of changing community dynamics arising from physical isolation and social distancing due to the pandemic, is addressed in this qualitative approach research, within phenomenological method and using the techniques for data collection non-participant observation, focus group and social mapping.
Following the objective of recognizing community actions derived from Mandatory Preventive Isolation, in the Communities of Woman, Afro-descendant, Older Adult and Disability Programs of the Girardot’s Secretary of Economic and Social Development in 2.020, to analyze the emerging contexts, this study attests to the most recent changes in this regard experienced by the collective, leaving this knowledge in its wake to professionals in the human and social sciences of the region and those who become interested.
It’s necessary to inquire about new community practices that break from this world milestone, in a field work that is carried out via the web and in person, which exposes perceptions and experiences around the essential use of the cell phone and video conferencing applications, but also the inevitable face-to-face meetings, to cope with activities specific to each program during this period.
