dc.description.abstract	Se propone diseñar el plan de negocio de la ruta turista de Usme, ubicada en la localidad de Usme perteneciente al Distrito Capital, territorio con el 85% rural y declarado como área protegida en más de la mitad de su espacio geográfico. La idea de negocio es integrar la ruta turística de Usme a la oferta turística de Bogotá de donde proviene el mercado objetivo, ofreciendo un recorrido para conocer su arquitectura colonial, su historia, lugares particulares y entorno rural. Al estructurar el plan de negocio se integran las normas sectoriales de turismo emitidas por el Ministerio de Comercio Industria y Turismo, otros estándares internacionales y se enfatiza en la utilización de herramientas TIC que permita ofrecer los productos por medios digitales para un mayor alcance, aprovechando al máximo el potencial turístico del territorio y de esta manera contribuir al desarrollo sostenible de la localidad de Usme.

dc.description.abstractenglish	It is proposed to design the business plan of the tourist route of Usme, located in the town of Usme belonging to the Capital District, a territory with 85% rural and declared as a protected area in more than half of its geographical space. The business idea is to integrate the tourist route of Usme to the tourist offer of Bogotá where the target market comes from, offering a tour to know its colonial architecture, its history, particular places and rural surroundings. When structuring the business plan, the tourism sector regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism are integrated, as well as other international standards, and emphasis is placed on the use of ICT tools that allow products to be offered by digital means for a greater scope, taking advantage of the maximum the tourist potential of the territory and in this way contribute to the sustainable development of the town of Usme.
