| dc.description.abstract | La problemática que emerge en la industria Marmolera del Huila a nivel de
clasificación del riesgo se encuentra en Clase V Riesgo máximo por esta razón una correcta
y adecuada implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo
minimizara los diferentes tipos de peligros y riesgos a los que están expuesto cada una de
las personas que hacen parte de la empresa siempre salvaguardando la vida y salud física
psicológica de cada una de ellas.
El plan de mejoramiento que se llevara a cabo se desarrollara por medio de un
proceso lógico y por etapas, la primera etapa es la evaluación inicial del SG-SST y de
acuerdo a ellos generar las respectivas recomendaciones teniendo como referencia el
marco normativo colombiano, específicamente el decreto 1072 de 2015 y resolución 0312
de 2019 la cual establece los estándares mínimos pare el cumplimiento del SG-SST de
carácter obligatorio por parte de las empresas sin importar su naturaleza y tamaño. | |
