| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto plantea una propuesta que tiene como propósito incrementar el nivel de cualificaciones de los jóvenes entre 18 y 25 años, beneficiando a un total de 500 jóvenes de las veredas El Carmen, Repelón, Casa de Zinc, y Puente Canoas, a través de la Formación Profesional Integral como una estrategia que les permita la inserción laboral en las diferentes actividades productivas de la región. Es un trabajo de tipo social comunitario aplicado, que pretende contribuir en la solución de empleabilidad de esta región donde prima la actividad minera como soporte económico para los habitantes.
El diseño del trabajo consta de tres fases: formulación, ejecución y evaluación. Para la formulación se utilizan herramientas de la metodología Investigación Acción Participativa para obtener información acerca de la problemática evidenciada en las veredas objeto de estudio; lograda a partir de encuestas de diagnóstico de situación actual para preparar la formación profesional integral coherente con las necesidades de cualificación de la población. Y finalmente esta fase se consolida con la metodología de Marco Lógico que facilita la comprensión y comunicación del proyecto a todos los actores involucrados.
En la Fase de ejecución se utiliza la metodología de Gestión de Proyectos del Project Management Institute, Sexta Edición para la administración de Proyectos; con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de la armonía entre población beneficiada, los proponentes, el estado, y el sector privado. En esta fase los autores proponentes del proyecto son los integradores entre el estado, representado por el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje ( SENA) y el sector productivo, representado por las compañías mineras, para alcanzar el objetivo del proyecto y la aplicabilidad de la administración de organizaciones que asista a estos tres sectores en sus aportes para cooperar con las necesidades de empleo de esta zona rural del municipio del Cesar.
En la fase de evaluación se presentan los resultados del análisis de la relación costo beneficio superior a 1, evidenciando su viabilidad financiera, así como el VAN de $ 269.910.258,23 y TIR de 10%, resultados que demuestran la factibilidad de la realización de este proyecto, no obstante, su carácter sin ánimo de lucro. Se espera que al llevarlo a la práctica las lecciones aprendidas sean registradas y documentadas como referente para futuros trabajo de investigación. | |

It is an applied community social type of work, which aims to contribute to solving the employability of this region where mining activity prevails as an economic support for the inhabitants.
The design of the work consists of three phases: formulation, execution, and evaluation. For the formulation, tools of the Participatory Action Research methodology are used to obtain information about the problems evidenced in the villages under study; achieved from diagnostic surveys of the current situation to prepare comprehensive professional training consistent with the qualification needs of the population. And finally, this phase is consolidated with the Logical Framework methodology that facilitates the understanding and communication of the project to all the actors involved.
In the Execution Phase, the Project Management methodology of the Project Management Institute, Sixth Edition is used for the administration of Projects; in order to guarantee the fulfillment of harmony between the beneficiary population, the proponents, the state, and the private sector. In this phase, the authors proposing the project are the integrators between the state represented by the National Learning Service (SENA) and the productive sector, represented by mining companies to achieve the objective of the project and the applicability of the administration of organizations that assist these three sectors in their contributions to cooperate with the employment needs of this rural area of the municipality of Cesar.
In the evaluation phase, the results of the analysis of the cost-benefit ratio greater than 1 are presented, evidencing its financial viability, as well as the NPV of $ 269,910,258.23 and TIR of 10%, results that demonstrate the feasibility of carrying out of this project, however, its non-profit character. It is expected that when put into practice the lessons learned will be recorded and documented as a reference for future research work. | |
