| dc.description.abstract | La comunicación participativa en los medios de comunicación comunitarios de orden local se ha transformado en una valiosa herramienta de cambio social para las comunidades históricamente relegadas y menos favorecidas, convirtiendo cámaras y micrófonos en garantes de horizontalidad en la estructura comunicacional. Gracias a esta, los ciudadanos del común han tomado un papel relevante como actores políticos, mientras que los medios alternativos y comunitarios se posicionaron como veedores y avalistas de que las voces y el sentir social lleguen a los entes gubernamentales y sean escuchados, por tanto el objetivo del siguiente ensayo crítico, es exponer, mediante el desarrollo de un análisis subjetivo y personal, cómo la comunicación participativa y la amalgama de voces y opiniones que los micrófonos abiertos a la comunidad suponen, han convertido al canal de televisión comunitario del municipio de San Gil “Telesangil” en una pieza clave en los procesos de transformación social y política en la región del sur de Santander durante los últimos 20 años, impactando de manera positiva en la transformación de la comunidad de su área de influencia | |
