| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto investigativo planteado en el diplomado de construcción de redes sociales está basado en el Colegio Cristiano Kabod, el cual se encuentra ubicado en la ciudad de Bogotá en la Localidad de Suba, esta organización cuenta con más de 24 años de trascendencia, tiempo en el cual ha logrado garantizar la formación integral de los estudiantes. Durante el proceso de investigación participativa se logró identificar las dinámicas comunicativas manejadas tanto interna como externa de la institución educativa, siendo base esencial para determinar un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la organización. Luego de conocer los aspectos comunicativos de la institución, se realizó un proceso de análisis sobre la información recolectada, el cual permitió identificar las diferentes variables que intervienen en los aspectos comunicacionales para proponer de manera asertiva diferentes estrategias que contribuyan al fortalecimiento y mejoramiento continuo de la formación académica a través de las redes de comunicación y la acción participativa de los miembros de la comunidad educativa. El proceso y el resultado de la investigación forman parte fundamental para el ensayo que contiene este trabajo de tipo crítico, el cual argumenta que la comunicación participativa es esencial para lograr una educación integral. | |

During the participatory research process, it was possible to identify the communicative dynamics handled both internally and externally by the educational institution, being an essential basis for determining a diagnosis of the current situation of the organization. After knowing the communicative aspects of the institution, an analysis process was carried out on the information collected, which allowed identifying the different variables that intervene in the communicational aspects to assertively propose different strategies that contribute to the strengthening and continuous improvement of the institution. academic training through communication networks and the participatory action of the members of the educational community.
