Esta investigación utilizo como metodología la revisión documental en el tema de evasión y elusión de aportes al Sistema General de Riesgos Profesionales. La primera actividad que se realizó fue revisar, para identificar y seleccionar, la información pertinente a la evasión y elusión, en la ciudad de Bogotá. Se tomó como población objeto la información ubicada en portales de Internet, planilla unificada de aportes y trabajos en organizaciones públicas. Así mismo, la información existente en las entidades de dirección, vigilancia y control del Sistema y agremiaciones tales como FASECOLDA. El instrumento utilizado fue la guía de observación documental. Se demostró que existe un alto índice de evasión y elusión de aportes al Sistema de Riesgos Profesionales, que atenta contra la viabilidad financiera del mismo, la calidad de vida de las personas y la estabilidad de las empresas.This research led to a documentary review on tax evasion and avoidance of contributions to the General System of Occupational Hazards. The first activity was to review that was conducted to identify and select relevant information to the evasion and avoidance in the city of Bogotá. Population was taken as the information located on internet portals, unified payroll contributions and work in public organizations. Likewise, the information in the direction of institutions, monitoring and control system and affiliates such as FASECOLDA. The instrument used was the observation guide documentary. The exploration of the literature showed a high rate of evasion and avoidance of contributions to the System of Occupational Hazards, which undermines the financial viability of it, the quality of life and stability of business.
