| dc.description.abstract | En este documento, a partir de un enfoque crítico, se presentan varios de los principales aspectos de la Investigación Acción que el marco del Diplomado en Construcción de Redes Sociales de Comunicación, se realizó con la Organización Social Participativa (OSP) Cámara Junior Internacional de Valledupar (JCI V). Este trabajo investigativo permitió evidenciar unos hallazgos, después de realizar entrevistas cualitativas, observación en una actividad online. Información que se recopiló en un DOFA, el cual a su vez posibilitó realizar el análisis comunicativo y organizacional de la OSP JCIV. Como parte del ejercicio académico, social e investigativo que se propone desde el Diplomado, se diseñó una estrategia de fortalecimiento comunicacional para la OSP. La tesis que plantea este ensayo es que las redes sociales de comunicación junto con las redes sociales digitales, dinamizan la comunicación entre los miembros de la OSP JCIV, para potenciar su sentido de pertenencia con la organización. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In this document, from a critical approach, several of the main aspects of the Action Research are presented that, within the framework of the Diploma in Construction of Social Communication Networks, were carried out with the Participatory Social Organization (PSO) International Junior Chamber of Valledupar (JCIV). This investigative work allowed to show some findings, after conducting qualitative interviews, observation in an online activity. Information that was collected in a DOFA, which in turn made it possible to carry out the communicative and organizational analysis of the PSO JCIV. As part of the academic, social, and investigative exercise proposed by the Diploma, a communication strengthening strategy was designed for the PASB. The thesis that this essay raises is that social communication networks together with digital social networks, energize communication between the members of the PSO JCIV, to enhance their sense of belonging to the organization. | |
