| dc.description.abstract | En este ensayo se aborda la investigación acción desarrollada en el diplomado de construcción de redes sociales de comunicación, trabajo que se realizó con la red cultural Pinceles Locos. Se escogió la propuesta de comunicación participativa, ya que es lo que se necesita para organizarse y surgir nuevamente con más fuerza y mayor proyección en la localidad de La Candelaria y en Bogotá D.C. Este es un documento argumentativo de tipo crítico, en el cual se plasmaron las dificultades que tiene esta red cultural, y se propuso una estrategia para resurgir y superar lo alcanzado antes de la pandemia. Sus integrantes son en su mayoría adultos mayores, que buscan la felicidad mediante la práctica de talleres que les conduzcan a elevar su nivel artístico. Ellos comparten el tiempo estudiando las artes plásticas y ven con preocupación que esta organización social, red cultural, no se ha vuelto a reunir y a retomar sus cursos, debido a la pandemia y a la ausencia de una de sus líderes principales, que falleció a causa del Covid 19. La comunicación participativa está haciendo eco en ellos. | |
