| dc.description.abstract | La Empresa Lumiled Eléctricos e Iluminación nace de la necesidad evidenciada en el municipio
de la Virginia de tener más opciones de consumo con respecto a los materiales de electricidad e
iluminación, fue creada por dos hermanos emprendedores y soñadores que buscaban
potencializar su idea, a su vez aportar al desarrollo empresarial del municipio.
El propósito del trabajo es realizar de manera documental su plan estratégico, para el
cual se conocieron los sueños, expectativas, trayectoria y metas propuestas por la empresa.
Se entrega acorde al estudio realizado según su proyección y se espera que la empresa le
dé la implementación que se requiere para que se potencialice con mayor reconocimiento en el
mercado, muestre visiblemente su dirección y tenga una guía más clara de cómo realizar sus

municipality of Virginia to have more consumption options with respect to electricity and
lighting materials, it was created by two enterprising brothers and dreamers who sought to
potentiate their idea, in turn contribute to the business development of the municipality.
The purpose of the work is to document its strategic plan, for which the dreams,
expectations, trajectory and goals proposed by the company were known.
It is delivered according to the study carried out according to its projection and it is
expected that the company will give it the implementation that is required so that it is
potentialized with greater recognition in the market, visibly shows its direction and has a clearer
