| dc.description.abstract | La fundación FUNISTEJE en sus años de recorrido ha tenido la oportunidad de ser incluida dentro de los procesos de desarrollo social en la comunidad a través de las prácticas pedagógicas, hacia los beneficiados y personas que se encuentran alrededor de los beneficiados, para fortalecer una red social, y poder lograr el objetivo como fundación; es por eso que desde el punto de la investigación a través de la formación con el diplomado de Construcción de Redes Sociales de Comunicación (DCRSC), se pudo tejer desde la perspectiva comunicativa por medio de la investigación cualitativa un proceso que incluyó entrevistas, el sociograma para obtener una radiografía de la organización y que permitió identificar desde el diálogo gran información sobre la fundación, también se logró identificar vínculos y actores, analizar sus conflictos dentro de la comunidad, y poder trazar una estrategia con la que se pueda posicionar para el fortalecimiento dentro de una red social y participación en la construcción de comunidad, proceso bidireccional entre la fundación y el investigador. | |
