| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se centra en la sistematización de la experiencia de cuatro beneficiarios del programa proyectos productivos, dirigido a la población víctima, residentes en el municipio de San Sebastián de Mariquita, departamento del Tolima; el programa “Proyectos Productivos” es implementado por el gobierno nacional y consiste en “garantizar la sostenibilidad de los procesos de retorno y restitución, contribuir así a materializar los derechos de reparación integral, incluido el derecho a la no repetición, y a la reconstrucción de un proyecto de vida digno y estable a víctimas” (Moreno & Maldonado, 2020). Tuvo como objetivo general: “Identificar el impacto que ha tenido la implementación del programa proyectos productivos, en la población víctima del conflicto armado en el municipio de San Sebastián de Mariquita-Tolima”. Para el desarrollo de la metodología se utilizó una investigación de tipo social, con un enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo y una revisión documental, además se realizó una matriz de análisis de resultado de la entrevista semiestructurada que se le aplicó a la población. En los resultados se pudo evidenciar que durante el proceso de la experiencia del trabajo de campo y las entrevistas, los participantes relataban sus historias de vida y el camino que deben recorrer, lo cual refleja una realidad muy dura de nuestro país; tienen en común la forma de acceder a la información relacionada con los proyectos productivos; la mayoría señala que sus familias se ven beneficiadas del programa y cuentan con un acompañamiento efectivo por parte de los líderes de la mesa de víctimas. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research focuses on the systematization of the experience of four beneficiaries of the productive projects program, aimed at the victim population, residents of the municipality of San Sebastián de Mariquita, department of Tolima; The “Productive Projects” program is implemented by the national government and consists of “guaranteeing the sustainability of the return and restitution processes, thus contributing to materializing the rights to comprehensive reparation, including the right to non-repetition, and to the reconstruction of a decent and stable life project for victims” (Moreno & Maldonado, 2020). Its general objective was: “To identify the impact that the implementation of the productive projects program has had on the population victim of the armed conflict in the municipality of San Sebastián de Mariquita-Tolima”. For the development of the methodology, a social type of research was used, with a qualitative, descriptive approach and a documentary review, in addition, an analysis matrix of the result of the semi-structured interview was conducted, which was applied to the population. In the results it was possible to show that during the process of the field work experience and the interviews, the participants recounted their life stories and the path they must travel, which reflects a very harsh reality of our country; they have in common the way of accessing information related to productive projects; Most of them point out that their families benefit from the program and have effective accompaniment by the leaders of the victim's committee. | |
