| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación sobre recuperación de espacio público en Ciudad Verde de Soacha, Cundinamarca, está dirigido al progreso en el sentido social, económico, político y cultural, buscando alternativas que permita mejorar las actuales condiciones de vida de los vendedores ambulantes, de los residentes y demás población que se ve afectada de manera directa e indirectamente por la invasión del espacio público.
Ciudad Verde presenta un diseño urbanístico y arquitectónico interesante, definiendo el desarrollo de la actividad comercial, donde cuenta con tres puntos estratégicos que corresponden a los tres centros comerciales (CC jardín, CC Miraflores y CC Prado Verde) diseñados y construidos por la misma constructora del proyecto, pero frente a la cantidad de nuevos habitantes estos nichos comerciales no suplen las necesidades ni tienen la capacidad de proveer todos los productos y servicios que demanda la comunidad, por esta razón, aparece el comercio informal, por ende, la presencia de vendedores ambulantes que proveen todo tipo de productos de consumo diario, invadiendo las calles, los parques y andenes.
A través de la estrategia de Reubicación Social y Física que se plantea en el documento, se pretende brindar herramientas a los vendedores ambulantes y comerciantes informales para que consiga autosuficiencia y autosostenibilidad económica, de manera legal y sin afectar a terceros, con el fin de recuperar del espacio público y a su vez promoviendo la conservación ambiental y restauración en materia de ocupación de espacio, zonas verdes, parques, andenes y vías, mejorando también las condiciones para una libre y efectiva movilidad. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research on the recovery of public space in Green City Soacha, Cundinamarca, is aimed at progress in the social, economic, political and cultural sense, seeking alternatives that allow improving the current living conditions of street vendors, residents and other population that is directly and indirectly affected by the invasion of public space.
Green City presents a very interesting urban and architectural design, defining the development of commercial activity where it has three strategic points that correspond to the three shopping centers (CC Jardin, CC Miraflores and CC Prado Verde) designed and built by the same construction company as the project, but given the number of new inhabitants, these commercial niches do not meet the needs or have the capacity to provide all the products and services that the community demands, for this reason, informal commerce appears and the presence of street vendors that provide everything type of daily consumption products, invading the streets, parks and platforms.
Through the strategy of Social and Physical Relocation that is proposed in the document, it is intended to provide tools aimed at street vendors and informal merchants so that they can achieve self-sufficiency and economic self-sustainability, legally and without affecting third parties, in order to recover public space and at the same time promoting environmental conservation and restoration in terms of occupation of space, green areas, parks, platforms and roads, also improving the conditions for free and effective mobility. | |
