| dc.description.abstract | Las buenas prácticas pecuarias "son un sistema de aseguramiento de inocuidad enfocado a la producción primaria, su objetivo es la gestión de riesgos biológicos, físicos y químicos generados en el predio y que podrían afectar la salud de los consumidores." (ICA, s.f.).
Además, "son prácticas recomendadas que tienen el propósito de disminuir los riesgos físicos, químicos y biológicos en la producción primaria de alimentos de origen animal que puedan generar riesgo a las personas promoviendo la sanidad, el bienestar animal y la protección del medio ambiente." (ICA, s.f.).
Con esta salida práctica se busca reconocer si dentro del sistema productivo se están empleando las Buenas Prácticas Pecuarias(BPP), y en caso de no aplicarlas implementar la manera de cómo se podrían emplear para contar con el certificado en BPP, diligenciando la lista de chequeo implementada por el ICA. | |

In addition, "they are recommended practices that have the purpose of reducing physical, chemical and biological risks in the primary production of food of animal origin that may generate risk to people, promoting health, animal welfare and environmental protection." (ICA, s.f.).
With this practical output, the aim is to recognize if the Good Livestock Practices (BPP) are being used within the productive system, and if they are not applied, implement the way in which they could be used to have the BPP certificate, filling out the checklist. implemented by the ICA. | |
