| dc.description.abstract | La Asociación De Productores De San Cayetano “Asoprosan” se encarga de la comercialización, acopio, producción y venta de productos agrícolas de las diferentes veredas que pertenecen al municipio está organizada desde julio de 2001 se creó con el fin de ayudar a la población del municipio de San Cayetano a crear un centro de acopio y comercialización de los productos, partiendo de unas concertaciones con entidades locales, productores y análisis de consumo de la zona y mercados regionales especialmente Zipaquirá, Cajita y Bogotá.
Se basa en un sistema que se divide en dos partes: uno que lo llamamos acopio veredal y el otro es el centro de comercialización en el casco urbano, se encuentra bajo los lineamientos de BPA (Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas), en cuanto a la Norma ISO 22000-2018 aun no la posee ni tampoco la certificación en Análisis de Peligros y Puntos Críticos de Control (HACCP) (Gómez L.
