| dc.description.abstract | En el siguiente documento se plantea una propuesta de cómo poder llegar a la juventud que se encuentra sometida en el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en el departamento del Tolima, problemática referenciada en el ASIS de dicho departamento, en dónde por medio de la implementación de la comunicación 4.0 podemos crear una estrategia para que no solamente los jóvenes del departamento del Tolima sino que cualquier persona en el mundo que cuente con un dispositivo de interacción e internet pueda recibir toda la información y el apoyo que requieran para no caer o salir de esa problemática que no solo se alberga en el Tolima sino en todo el mundo, la cual tampoco respeta género ni clase social. | |
