| dc.description.abstract | La finalidad de la ingeniería de telecomunicaciones es el aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales para la trasmisión y recepción de información para el desarrollo del mundo socio económico y cultural.
Cuando ya se tiene un buen sistema de telecomunicaciones implementado en una empresa se requiere que siempre esté funcionando en óptimas condiciones, para ello se deben implementar soluciones que garanticen el buen funcionamiento de cada dispositivo en todo momento, así evitar pérdidas económicas por salida de operación de algún dispositivo, o por falta de control y gestión de estos activos.
En el presente documento encontrará el proyecto aplicado en la empresa Almacenes Flamingo S.A.S. llamado SAM INTEGRAL, que es la implementación de un software de control, gestión y administración de equipos de telecomunicaciones e infraestructura, software que permite también administrar el consumo de energía eléctrica como si fuera un activo más, de esta manera brindar solución a la problemática presentada, en este documento se brinda la documentación del problema y soporte de los resultados demostrados. | |
