| dc.description.abstract | El presente ensayo reflexiona sobre la realidad de la Organización Social Participativa de la Red Rojo y Violeta Santander, colectivo feminista de 6 años de acción social y su trabajo con la población femenina perteneciente a la Universidad Industrial de Santander y barrios populares de la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Se realiza desde las categorías: construcción de comunidad, comunicación participativa y red social, a partir de los hallazgos suscitados del ejercicio de investigación acción durante el desarrollo del Diplomado en Construcción de Redes Sociales de Comunicación de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia. El ejercicio permite conocer las actividades barriales y comunitarias de la red con sus respectivos logros, identificar las oportunidades y limitantes, analizar las formas en las que se presentan los procesos comunicativos internos y externos, las tipologías de las relaciones sostenidas con otros actores sociales y las estrategias orientadas hacia el fortalecimiento de la comunicación entre las integrantes y su entorno inmediato. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present essay reflects on the reality of the Participatory Social Organization of the Red Rojo y Violeta Santander, a feminist collective of 6 years of social action and its work with the female population belonging to the Universidad Industrial de Santander and popular neighborhoods of the city of Bucaramanga. It is carried out from the categories: community construction, participatory communication, and social network, based on the results raised from the action research exercise during the development of the Diploma in Construction of Social Communication Networks of the National Open and Distance University. The exercise allows knowing the neighborhood and community activities of the network with their respective achievements, identifying the opportunities and limitations, analyzing the ways in which the internal and external communication processes are presented, the typologies of the relationships maintained with other social actors and the strategies oriented towards strengthening communication between the members and their immediate environment. | |
