| dc.description.abstract | El contexto de esta investigación a manera de monografía, va en línea al deseo sociocultural que desde la política pública y de gobernanza, se observe frente al desarrollo humano y crecimiento económico desde una transición de producción lineal hacia la circular, por lo tanto la razón y centro objeto de la misma, se enfoca en ampliar y estudiar sobre la disposición final y el tratamiento de los residuos sólidos, y a su vez las acciones realizadas para la prevención en su producción y posterior reutilización y aprovechamiento, a través de procesos educativos, en la localidad general del municipio de Puerto Wilches, Santander entre el 2020 y el 2022. Para disminuir niveles de contaminación a favor de la salud humana y del medio ambiente. De metodológica cualitativa desde la revisión documental de instituciones oficiales y teóricos, producidos en Puerto Wilches Santander y en Colombia, en marco del contexto y desarrollo en sub-linea de Ecodesarrollo. | |
