| dc.description.abstract | La violencia en Colombia ha sido una dolorosa realidad que ha afectado a la sociedad durante más de medio siglo. Desde la década de 1960, el país ha enfrentado conflictos armados internos, guerrillas, paramilitares, narcotráfico, desigualdad social, problemas agrarios y corrupción política que es la que más afecta a la población, estos factores han contribuido a la complejidad y la multifacética naturaleza del problema que se tratara en esta historia.
Un ejemplo representativo de la violencia sufrida por muchas comunidades, como el caso de Luz y su familia, que por amenazas y violencia de paramilitares los obligaron a abandonar sus tierras, y la pérdida de su esposo llevó a Luz y su hija a huir del país. Eventos como la masacre del Salado en 2000, en la que murieron numerosas personas, incluyendo niños y mujeres, dejaron marcas imborrables en la memoria de los sobrevivientes.
La violencia ha tenido graves repercusiones en los habitantes de diferentes regiones de Colombia, Por tanto, es necesario un enfoque e intervención psicosocial para lograr comprender lo que produce el desplazamiento forzado y el trauma que han experimentado las víctimas, preservar sus historias y memorias a través de imágenes y narrativas puede ayudar a comprender la complejidad de sus vidas.
Durante el análisis de esta problemática, se han formulado diversas preguntas para abordar y comprender holísticamente la situación, se han revisado diferentes contextos de violencia en diferentes regiones del país para entender las causas detrás de estos detonantes que afectan a la sociedad, para enfrentar la violencia en Colombia se requiere una acción integral que aborde tanto las causas estructurales como las consecuencias emocionales y sociales en las víctimas. | |

Since the 1960s, the country has faced internal armed conflicts, guerrillas, paramilitary groups, drug trafficking, social inequality, agrarian problems, and political corruption, which is the most impactful on the population. These factors have contributed to the complexity and multifaceted nature of the problem that will be addressed in this story.
A representative example of the violence suffered by many communities is the case of Luz and her family, who were forced to abandon their lands due to threats and violence from paramilitary forces. The loss of her husband led Luz and her daughter to flee the country. Events like the 2000 massacre in Salado, where numerous people, including children and women, lost their lives, have left indelible marks in the survivors' memories.
Violence has had serious repercussions on inhabitants from different regions of Colombia. Therefore, a psychosocial approach and intervention are necessary to understand the causes of forced displacement and the trauma experienced by the victims. Preserving their stories and memories through images and narratives can help comprehend the complexity of their lives.
During the analysis of this issue, various questions have been formulated to address and holistically understand the situation. Different contexts of violence in different regions of the country have been reviewed to understand the root causes behind these triggers affecting society. To tackle violence in Colombia, a comprehensive action is required, addressing both the structural causes and the emotional and social consequences on the victims. | |
