| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo contiene el desarrollo de la investigación que se desarrolló con el hogar la alegría de vivir, donde se evidencia la apropiación de los conceptos planteados en las diferentes unidades del Diplomado en Construcción de Redes Sociales de Comunicación, a través de informes se presenta a profundidad la comunicación tanto interna como externa de la OSP escogida por cada fase del diplomado se van ampliando los detalles de la investigacion-accion.
Se muestran las tablas que hacen descripciones pertinentes de la comunicación dentro de la organización y detalles que fortalecen el ejercicio práctico, también figuras con información precisa que fue recolectada de manera progresiva, creando para la OSP diferentes esquemas organizativos con respecto a su comunicación interna y externa y su relación con diferentes actores sociales, gracias a las entrevistas, observación participante, y otros mecanismos realizados para poder crear una estrategia de comunicación acorde a las necesidades específicas de la OSP en cuanto a comunicación interna con sus integrantes y la comunicación externa con la comunidad y diferentes entes. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work contains the development of the research that was developed with the Hogar La Alegria de Vivir, where the appropriation of the concepts raised in the different units of the construction of social communication networks diplomat is evident, through reports the both internal and external communication of the OSP chosen for each phase of the diplomat, the details of the action research are expanded.
In addition the tables are shown that make relevant descriptions of the communication within the organization and details that strengthen the practical exercise, as well figures with precise information that was collected progressively, creating for the OSP different organizational schemes with respect to its internal and external communication and its relationship with different social actors, thanks to interviews, participant observation, and other mechanisms carried out to create a communication strategy according to the specific needs of the OSP in terms of internal communication with its members and external communication with the community and different entities. | |
