| dc.description.abstract | En Colombia se vive aun en una zozobra de que en cualquier momento haya una ola de violencia, sufrimiento, desplazamiento y terror; dejando a su paso muchas víctimas que se han visto afectadas por el conflicto armado, dejando dolor, cicatrices y daños mentales y emocionales. En este trabajo abordamos temáticas relacionadas con el conflicto, destacando la importancia de recordar y reparar a las victimas; mediante unas estrategias para prevenir la violencia, restaurar el tejido social y reconstruir las respuestas emocionales de las víctimas y enfatizar la importancia de desarrollar la resiliencia. Este se dividió en varias etapas, donde se hizo un análisis grupal del relato de una sobreviviente a La Comisión de la Verdad Capítulo 3 Amparo - Historias que Retornan; se realizó unas preguntas circulares, reflexivas y estratégicas a la protagonista. Además, durante este ejercicio de la "Masacre del Salado", se entregaron tres métodos psicológicos donde se promueva el afrontamiento de la situación por la que pasaron las víctimas, donde se reconozcan, se apoyen y se tomen acciones para evitar que se repita, buscando mitigar el impacto emocional y psicológico adverso que estas personas han experimentado debido a la violencia, el desplazamiento y la pérdida. También se realizó un análisis del ejercicio foto-voz recopilando lo percibido en los diferentes territorios, donde cada integrante mediante un magazín contaba su experiencia. Se resalta en este trabajo, que aportó a dimensionar el conflicto en Colombia, a resaltar y reconocer la lucha de las víctimas y sobrevivientes. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In Colombia we still live in anxiety that at any moment there will be a wave of violence, suffering, displacement and terror; leaving behind many victims who have been affected by the armed conflict, leaving behind pain, scars and mental and emotional damage. In this work we address issues related to the conflict, highlighting the importance of remembering and repairing the victims; through strategies to prevent violence, restore the social fabric and rebuild the emotional responses of victims and emphasize the importance of developing resilience. This was divided into several stages, where a group analysis was made of the story of a survivor of The Truth Commission Chapter 3 Amparo - Stories that Return; Some circular, reflective and strategic questions were asked to the protagonist. In addition, during this exercise of the "Salado Massacre", three psychological methods were delivered to promote coping with the situation that the victims went through, where they recognize, support each other and take actions to prevent it from being repeated, seeking mitigate the adverse emotional and psychological impact that these people have experienced due to violence, displacement and loss. An analysis of the photo-voice exercise was also carried out, compiling what was perceived in the different territories, where each member told their experience through a magazine. It is highlighted in this work, which contributed to dimensioning the conflict in Colombia, to highlight and recognize the struggle of the victims and survivors. | |
