| dc.description.abstract | En un mundo globalizado la variedad de cambios económicos, culturales, sociales y políticos que han dado forma al mundo en los últimos 50 años ha generado exigencias que conllevan a los países a buscar el desarrollo sostenible desde los aspectos mencionados, esto ha impulsado en la sociedad la práctica de los emprendimientos sociales enfocados en beneficiar a la sociedad, es así que a través de estos surgen diferentes problemáticas y una de las más comunes es la falta de conocimiento acerca de cómo se debe reciclar, por ende se realiza un estudio sobre el crecimiento de residuos sólidos en Colombia pero más exactamente en el municipio de Floridablanca Santander, evidenciándose que este va en aumento día a día por la falta de cultura de los seres humanos que solo se enfocan en satisfacer sus necesidades básicas no midiendo lo pueden ocasionar por su descontrol y mal manejo de estos y que su resultado final afecta directamente los recursos naturales como son el suelo, el aire, el agua con los residuos ocasionados por los hogares, plazas de mercados, empresas entre otros.
Por ello se crea una empresa de reciclaje de material PET, llamada Recicla y Transforma la cual tiene como fin mejorar la calidad de vida de familias de recicladores del municipio de Floridablanca, a través de la formalización de un trabajo digno, debido a que la mayoría de estas personas son hombres y mujeres cabeza de hogar los cuales están afectados por la situación económica que vive el país, asimismo el constituir esta organización generaría un concepto diferente de lo que es el reciclaje siendo este un negocio rentable a través de los cambios de modelos productivos, asimismo se elaborarían productos a base de material reciclado como lo son (Escobas, Cepillos, Recogedores y Canecas de basuras) abriendo puertas a oportunidades de empleo y comercializados a la comunidad generando un ingreso.
