dc.description.abstract	El objetivo del siguiente artículo es la sistematización de las experiencias recopiladas durante la identificación del proyecto de innovación social MUR – ARTESANIAS, a partir de la creación de artesanías elaboradas por las personas privadas de la libertad en el municipio de Villavicencio y cómo esta iniciativa fortalece los espacios de construcción de tejido social y del proyecto de vida. Uno de los mayores retos para las personas privadas de la libertad es poder tener autonomía económica, pues el estar recluidos en los centros penitenciarios se les dificulta ejercer de manera activa en muchos casos su profesión y muchos otros han adquirido de manera empírica su conocimiento. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior diferentes instituciones públicas y privadas han creado escenarios de articulación para implementar proyectos que les permita a las personas privadas de la libertad fortalecer las capacidades, lo que genera la participación en los diferentes espacios de trabajo en los cuales no solo tienen un reconocimiento económico, además se les reconoce el buen comportamiento y esto les genera una reducción en la pena impuesta por la justicia, otro punto importante a tener en cuenta es las familias de las personas privadas de la libertad, se fortalecen lazos familiares y de unión, siendo así que las personas privadas de la libertad sean proveedores económicamente de sus familias; algunas de las capacitaciones impartidas especialmente por el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) es en temas de administración básica y contabilidad. En este proceso de utilizo la metodología de sistematización de información a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas, identificación de material bibliográfico que permita comprender el sistema penitenciario y sus apuestas en la resocialización de las personas privadas de la libertad, por otra parte, se aplicó el método Technology Readiness Levels (TRL), el cual nos permitió conocer el nivel de maduración del proyecto y su ubicación en la escala de 1 a 9 planteada en el mismo.

dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of the following article is the systematization of the experiences collected during the identification of the social innovation project MUR – ARTESANIAS, based on the creation of articles prepared by people deprived of liberty in the municipality of Villavicencio and how this initiative strengthens the spaces for building the social fabric and the life project. One of the biggest challenges for people deprived of liberty is to be able to have economic autonomy, since being confined in penitentiary centers makes it difficult for them to actively exercise their profession in many cases and many others have acquired their knowledge empirically. Taking into account the above, different public and private institutions have created articulation scenarios to implement projects that allow people deprived of their liberty to strengthen their capacities, which generates participation in different work spaces in which they not only have a economic recognition, they are also recognized for good behavior and this generates a reduction in the sentence imposed by justice. Another thing that is important to take into account is that of the families of people deprived of liberty, family ties and unity are strengthened, thus ensuring that people deprived of liberty are financially providers for their families; Some of the training provided especially by the National Learning Service (SENA) is on basic administration and accounting topics. In this process, I use the methodology of systematization of information through semi-structured interviews, identification of bibliographic material that allows understanding the penitentiary system and its bets on the resocialization of people deprived of liberty, on the other hand, the Technology method was applied. Readiness Levels (TRL), which allowed us to know the level of maturity of the project and its location on the scale of 1 to 9 stated therein.
