dc.description.abstract	En el periodo del 28 de abril a junio del 2021 se vivió en Colombia el Paro nacional debido a la Reforma tributaria y otras políticas sociales con las cuales algunos ciudadanos no estaban de acuerdo. Esto origino una ola de violencia entre manifestantes, ESMAD y demás fuerza pública donde hubo víctimas fatales. Por ello, se busca concatenar una concepción de la violencia en las protestas como una confrontación con los prejuicios del sujeto que investiga junto a nociones de Arendt y Benjamin, para configurar una interpretación del fenómeno (hermenéutica gadameriana) que vivieron los manifestantes y la fuerza pública unido al papel del ciudadano al margen.

dc.description.abstractenglish	In the period from April 28 to June 2021, it was experienced in Colombia "Paro Nacional" due to tax reform and other social policies with which some citizens did not agree. This gave rise to a wave of violence between protesters, ESMAD and other public security where there were fatalities. Therefore, it seeks to concatenate a conception of the violence in the protests as a confrontation with the prejudices of the subject that investigates along with notions of Hanna Arendt, Walter Benjamin, and others contemporany authors. This, to configure an interpretation of the phenomenon (Gadamerian Hermeneutic) that lived the protesters and the public force together with the role that plays of the citizen on the sidelines. Likewise, a research route was established based on the pertinent Gadamerian hermeneutics to interpret the past and present of theories of violence, to configure a horizon of sense of the phenomenon. This from a qualitative-interpretive approach, because the information was underlying in a scriptural and bibliographical manner. Ergo, it was possible to identify how are affiermed or denied prejudices at the end of the investigation, there is not ephoké (judgement suspension). In short, the analysis of violence cannot be reduced to the circumstantial, there are paradigms and factors that contribute to a new horizon of sense of the phenomenon.
