| dc.description.abstract | Este documento es producto de un ejercicio de investigación formativa, en calidad de opción de grado, que permitió hacer reflexiones sobre la práctica y la investigación educativa. Al respecto, este estudio se realizó con el objetivo de aumentar las oportunidades laborales en mujeres gestantes y mujeres lactantes, por lo tanto, se ha realizo un proyecto de investigación enfocado a la implementación de talleres de emprendimiento adaptado a las necesidades de las mujeres con el objetivo de capacitarlas para, crear y desarrollar emprendimientos viables como una herramienta de sostenibilidad económica, y así generar oportunidades laborales que mejore su calidad de vida. El método de análisis sobre la acción en el marco de la implementación de una secuencia didáctica denominada Emprendamos Juntas, compuesta por 3 actividades.
Este ejercicio investigativo permitió concluir que, es necesario intervenir oportunamente acatando a las necesidades que se presenta en la Unidad Caminantes con las mujeres gestantes y lactantes con el fin de apoyarlas y orientarlas y así poder brindarles herramientas que les permita evolucionar en el ámbito laboral. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document is the product of a formative research exercise, as a degree option, which allowed reflections on educational practice and research. In this regard, this study was carried out with the objective of increasing job opportunities for pregnant and lactating women, therefore, a research project focused on the implementation of entrepreneurship workshops adapted to the needs of women has been carried out with the aim of objective of training them to create and develop viable ventures as a tool for economic sustainability, and thus generate job opportunities that improve their quality of life. The method of analysis on action within the framework of the implementation of a didactic sequence called Let's Emprendamos Juntas, composed of 3 activities.
This investigative exercise allowed us to conclude that it is necessary to intervene in a timely manner in compliance with the needs that arise in the Unidad Caminantes Unit with pregnant and lactating women in order to support and guide them and thus be able to provide them with tools that allow them to evolve in the workplace. | |
