| dc.description.abstractenglish | The aim of this project is the creation and development of a recreational center offering a variety of outdoor services and activities for the whole family, including picnic areas, swimming pools,
recreational games, event halls, and a café. It details the operational resources, necessary
personnel, costs, sales projections, and working capital. In a world where socioeconomic and
environmental challenges are increasingly complex, social entrepreneurship stands out as a
powerful tool to generate significant changes in society. This project focuses on addressing one
of these challenges: the lack of recreational options and connection with nature in the "La Vega" region. Through a comprehensive approach, this initiative proposes to revitalize an existing recreation center and transform it into a vibrant destination that promotes physical and mental well-being, connection to nature, and community cohesion. Innovative ideas are presented to offer unique experiences, from outdoor activities to educational and cultural programs, aimed at a wide range of audiences, including local families, groups of friends, tourists interested in ecotourism, and organizers of special events. This project seeks not only to meet the recreational needs of the community but also to contribute to local economic development and environmental
