| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación permite descubrir los factores reales que incitan a desertar a los estudiantes de secundaria y media de la institución educativa INEM del municipio de Leticia Amazonas, donde es importante analizar cuáles son las razones que motivan el retiro de los estudiantes después de haberse matriculado y asistido algún tiempo a la institución. El problema de investigación surge a partir de la disminución del comportamiento de la matrícula en los últimos cinco años, situación que puso de manifiesto la necesidad de indagar sobre las causas que originaron en los estudiantes el abandono escolar. Para abordar el problema se recurrió a diferentes documentos y estudios sobre la deserción escolar tanto de América Latina como de Colombia y las políticas que sobre ella se han implementado. Con esta investigación se corrobora datos que el Ministerio de Educación Nacional ha puesto de manifiesto sobre factores de deserción escolar para el país, con los hallados en la presente indagación. De igual forma se identificaron otros factores no contemplados en la encuesta nacional que hacen parte del contexto local. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research to discover the real factors that encourage defecting to high school students and half of the school INEM the municipality of Leticia Amazonas, where it is important to analyze what the reasons for the withdrawal of students after enrollment are and some time attended the institution. The research problem arises from the behavior decreased enrollment in the past five years, a situation which highlighted the need to investigate the causes of the students' dropout. To address the problem resorted to different papers and studies on dropouts from Latin America and Colombia and the policies that have been implemented on it. With this research data that the Ministry of Education has revealed over dropout factors for the country, with those found in the present investigation is confirmed. Similarly other factors not included in the national survey that are part of the local context were identified. | spa |
