| dc.description.abstract | La investigación acción presentada en el siguiente proyecto, evidencia a la OSP “Asociación Turística Ruta del Atardecer Llanero – ASOTRALL” ubicada en el municipio de Acacías del departamento del Meta. La ciudad turística del departamento esta en un auge turístico, es llamativa por sus paisajes y variedades de sitios que se pueden encontrar para realizar diferentes actividades al aire libre, la OSP se encarga de cubrir varios de estos sitios de diversas veredas que promueven la economía del municipio; durante esta investigación se logró hablar con los miembros de la organización, es especial con la representante legal Jacqueline Alfonso una mujer líder con entusiasmo y amor por su gremio, la tenacidad es una de las virtudes que se resaltan no solo de esta gran mujer sino de la OSP que cada día esta logrando obtener reconocimiento y ayuda por parte de los entes gubernamentales un trabajo arduo que lleva 7 años de dedicación y sudor.
Aunque su camino ha demostrado resultados, hace falta seguir cultivando a esos sueños; en la investigación revela que hace falta una mejora a la comunicación interna y externa que no permite la consolidación de un equipo 100% ameno, también se nota la falencia de las redes sociales, una herramienta vital en la actualidad para brindar una cercanía con la labor de la asociación y así conquistar el mundo del internet que ofrece una cantidad de posibilidades favoreciendo a la OSP de una manera inigualable, se considera que dirigiendo un proyecto estructurado a base del buen manejo de las redes sociales va a permitir que la OSP se fortalezca y este en el mismo sendero de las herramientas digitales y sus pasos sean gigantes como el mundo que los rodea, afianzando los lazos entre ellos y con la sociedad. | |
