| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se realizó para crear propuestas que mejoren la comunicación del colectivo social antifascista puños libertarios Colombia (P.L.C), el cual tiene como propósito enseñar artes marciales en la ciudad de Bogotá a cualquier persona que quiera y pueda acercarse al lugar. Para realizar esta investigación se utilizaron diferentes metodologías entre ellas la metodología de la comunicación participativa, la cual fue útil para comprender como los integrantes de esta organización se organizan con un propósito el cual es mejorar su condición de vida y la de los demás por medio del deporte, asimismo fue muy importante la comunicación bidireccional en esta investigación ya que esta fue esencial para que los integrantes se sintieran cómodos en hablar sobre las problemáticas que se tienen dentro de la organización y de esta manera se pudiera crear un sociograma y matriz de posicionamiento más cercano a la realidad que vive los participantes de la OSP.Con la indagación de esta organización y por medio de las interacciones que se estudiaron se puso en conocimiento en este documento, que no solamente se tienen problemáticas comunicativas dentro de la misma comunidad que asiste a la OSP, sino que también existe actores externos los cuales son parte de las problemáticas. Para finalizar esta investigación se crearon finalmente 3 propuestas relacionadas tanto al poder mejorar las redes sociales de esta organización, como el mejorar la comunicación bidireccional y asimismo mejorar la comunicación interna y mejorar las alianzas y comunicación externa con otros grupos asociados a la OSP. | |

To complete this research, 3 proposals were finally created related to both being able to improve the social networks of this organization, as well as improving two-way communication and improving internal communication and improving alliances and external communication with other groups associated with the OSP. | |
